Job summary

Gallery Residential is seeking an Associate Community Director to support the Community Director in overseeing financial and operational aspects of the property. You will handle accounting tasks, rent collection, deposits, and reporting in our property management system.

This role requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to manage invoices, evictions per policy, and resident relations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and 2+ years in multifamily/property management
• Proficiency with property management software such as Yardi and One Site
• Strong accounting/bookkeeping and financial reporting skills
• Ability to manage resident relations, payments, and collections

Responsibilities

• Collects rent, posts payments, and prepares daily deposits
• Reviews and submits vendor invoices and coordinates with accounting
• Manages move-ins/outs, deposits, and lease issues to maximize revenue
• Addresses resident inquiries and resolves service issues promptly
• Acts as on-site supervisor in Community Manager's absence
• Supports leasing and marketing efforts to meet occupancy goals
• Maintains accurate accounting records and prepares financial reports
