Gallery Residential is seeking an Associate Community Director to support the Community Director in overseeing financial and operational aspects of the property. Responsibilities include rent collection, bank deposits, reporting, invoicing, and coordinating leasing activities to meet revenue goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2 years in multifamily experience preferred.
• Proficient in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with property management software (Yardi/One Site) and strong math skills.

Responsibilities

• Collects rent, fees, and other payments and posts to the accounting system.
• Prepare daily bank deposits and financial reports for close-out.
• Process invoices, manage payables, and reconcile accounts with the accounting department.
• Review resident files to determine delinquencies and enforce lease terms to maximize revenue.
• Assist in managing owner relationships and coordinate leasing and marketing efforts as needed.
