Job summary

Greystar seeks an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in financial operations, rent collection, and reporting. You will handle deposits, invoices, and payments, and use property management software to maintain financial records.

Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years in residence life or property management, strong communication skills, and experience with Yardi or similar systems. California on-site role with housing discount eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of property management experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail‑oriented.

Responsibilities

• Process rent collections, deposits, and payables.
• Operate Yardi/OneSite, enter data and back up systems.
• Review leases, enforce terms, and manage delinquencies.
• Assist on-site operations and owner communications.
