Job summary

Greystar is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the financial operations of a 354-unit midrise community. You will handle rent collections, deposits, invoices, and monthly close‑out reports using Yardi/OneSite.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (preferred), 1–3 years in property management, and strong communication with attention to detail. Competitive benefits, onsite housing discount, and PTO are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management or related field.
• 1–3 years of property management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Process rent collection, deposits, invoices, and payables.
• Operate property management software (Yardi/OneSite) accurately.
• Review leases and enforce terms to maximize revenue.
• Assist in vendor invoice processing and reporting.
