FirstService Residential is seeking an on-site Assistant General Manager to lead daily community operations and support the General Manager. You will manage large-scale events, vendor relationships, and homeowner communications to uphold Association standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute a calendar of 50–60 events annually with a volunteer social committee.
• Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, timelines, and project performance.
• Prepare Board meeting materials, operational reports, and communications with the Senior Community Manager.
• Maintain knowledge of governing documents, rules, architectural standards, and enforcement policies.
• Support budgeting, annual operating plan processes, and compliance with community regulations.
