Job summary

Associa in Dedham, MA is seeking a Community Director to join our team. You will work closely with clients, board members, vendors, and other Associa departments to supervise branch operations and deliver exceptional community management services.

In this role you will lead strategic planning, drive business development, manage staff, and help shape policies and procedures to serve residents efficiently. Strong accounting knowledge, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and excellent communication

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal).
• Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented, and a team player.
• Confidentiality and discretion in performance of duties.
• Time management and prioritization skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
• CMCA Designation Preferred.
• 5–7 years of Community Association or related experience including personnel management.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight for community management operations of the branch.
• Establish positive relationships with board of directors, community managers and support staff, and other vendors at branch level.
• Assist with management of strategic planning, business development, and fiscal operations at the branch level for community focused operations.
• Assist in the preparation of policies and procedures to efficiently service clients.
• Training liaison for community managers and community support roles.
• Managing people/teams.
• Other duties as assigned.
