Job summary

Associa in Aurora, CO is seeking an experienced HOA Manager to work autonomously and deliver property, financial, and project management services to homeowners and their Board of Directors. You will serve as a trusted advisor to the Board and residents, ensuring outstanding service and smooth operations.

You will advise on financial strategies, assess assets and liabilities, manage vendors, oversee maintenance, develop project scopes, support Board action items, and participate in Board meetings

Qualifications

• Experience managing single-family home communities or condominium associations.
• Ability to deliver a 5-star customer service to the Board and the residents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
