Associa in the United States is seeking a Director of Community Growth and Development to lead growth initiatives in Miramar, FL. You will oversee strategic business plans to generate revenue, improve brand loyalty, and boost customer satisfaction across HOA and condo markets.

You will collaborate with other managers to set project scope, review requirements, and approve timelines while driving referrals and local business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–7 years of directly related or closely related experience.
• 3–5 years of Management and/or Supervisory experience.
• Strong background in Sales, preferably in HOA & Condos.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
• Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at an expert level.
• Time management and prioritization skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop new and existing referral sources to develop successful referring relationships.
• Actively identify and generate prospects through strategic sales strategies focusing on customers in target markets.
• Achieve revenue goals.

Job Description

The Director of Community Growth and Development is responsible for managing expectations and developing business solutions for their organizations. The Director of Community Growth and Development will oversee creating effective business plans to generate more revenue, increase brand loyalty, and improve customer satisfaction. Some of their main duties include brainstorming with otherbusiness developmentstaff to define the scope of the project, review requirements, and approve timeframes. They work well with other company managers to oversee the progress ofbusiness development.

Frequent Local travel.
