Job summary

Associa in Houston seeks an experienced Community Association Manager to supervise on-site staff, align teams with our mission, and ensure residents receive high-quality service. • 4-6 years’ experience managing single-family communities and condominiums.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking and relationship-building.
• Proven ability to motivate teams and manage complex operations.
• Excellent negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.

Supervises all on-site staff, including Community Managers

Responsible for staff planning, decision-making, facilitating and process improvement

Provides regular performance feedback, develops subordinates’ skills, and encourages growth

Delegates work assignments, gives authority to work independently, sets expectations, and monitors delegated activities

Advise team members and clients on financial strategies and other financial decisions

Ability to review and assess clients' assets, liabilities, and overall financial conditions

Ability to effectively manage teams

Assist the Board of Directors with action items and to-do-lists

Attend and conduct Board of Director meetings where necessary

Quality control supervision over all manager activities

Requirements
