Job summary

Trustmark Bank is seeking a Community Lending Manager to lead origination and promotion of community lending products across its service area, with emphasis on borrowers in low-to-moderate income and minority census tracts. Responsibilities

• Originate and promote Trustmark's Community Lending Loans and Products
• Recommend participation in community activities meeting Trustmark's goals
• Determine best loan products for customers
• Devise marketing plans to seek referrals from various sources
• Collaborate with housing-related entities and non-profits to create suitable products and services for low-to-moderate income borrowers
• Coordinate with mortgage department on origination and servicing of community lending products and services
• Work with Credit and Compliance to ensure adherence to regulatory policies and procedures
