Job summary

City National Bank is seeking a Community Lending Mortgage Banker to originate residential loans and grow the bank's client base in designated territories. You will engage with clients, realtors, and professionals to tailor mortgage solutions while adhering to regulatory standards.

Regular travel to client sites and referral sources is required, with dedication to CRA goals and underserved communities. Strong Salesforce and CRM skills are valued, along with compliance expertise.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of retail residential mortgage sales experience.
• Minimum 3 years in mortgage or financial work within a community lending team.
• Licensed under Safe Act with NMLS registration.
• BA/BS degree preferred (business, finance or economics).

Responsibilities

• Prospect for and originate mortgage loans by visiting clients and referral sources.
• Coordinate with processing and underwriting for timely approvals.
• Complete loan applications according to policies and TRID.
• Maintain relationships with civic organizations for business development.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions.
