Job summary

City National Bank is seeking a Manager Community Lending Mortgage Sales Manager to lead and coach a team of mortgage sales representatives, direct new business marketing, coordinate sales leads and manage a production pipeline to meet the Residential Lending Division's goals.

This role requires outside sales to originate residential loans, strong regulatory and product knowledge, and the ability to build relationships with realtors, attorneys and community partners, with a focus on underserved

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of mortgage lending experience in a financial services environment.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience.
• Must be in good standing under Safe Act and registered/licensed with Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry.

Responsibilities

• Manages the Community Lending sales staff (CLLOs) and sets production goals.
• Coaches sales staff on needs assessment, solutions and closing deals.
• Calls on clients and referral sources to generate sales and ensures regulatory conformance.
• Represents the Bank in outside civic and community activities to promote products and services.
• Develops and enhances Residential Lending capabilities in collaboration with product managers.
• Maintains awareness of market conditions and regulatory requirements.
• Ensures compliance with policies and procedures and CRA obligations.
• Develops sourcing strategies to meet written goals.
