Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in San Diego is seeking a Community Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the loan journey, from initial consultation to closing, while leveraging the bank’s mortgage products and local housing programs.

You will collaborate with branch teams, expand referral networks, and provide education to customers and community groups, delivering an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced, compliant lending environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• Five years of proven mortgage sales experience with product, credit, and process knowledge.
• Knowledge of local real estate market and ability to build external referral networks.
• Track record of high customer satisfaction.
• Strong written and verbal communication for community outreach.
• Proficient in Windows PC.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of Chase home lending products and local housing programs.
• Promote mortgage products to customers and educate buyers until ready to apply.
• Act as internal/external mortgage expert to promote loan originations.
• Partner with branch team, train on products, meet customers.
• Create outstanding customer experience via marketing and outreach.
• Serve as single point of contact through origination to closing.
