Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Community Home Lending Advisor in San Diego to guide clients through the home loan journey, leveraging deep knowledge of mortgage products and local programs. You will act as the primary contact from inquiry to closing, ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional customer service.

The role involves promoting products, educating clients, and partnering with branches and external networks to originate loans while maintaining regulatory and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• Five years of proven mortgage sales experience with knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines.
• Knowledge of local real estate market and ability to build external referral networks.
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction and strong communication skills.
• Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of Chase home lending products and local assistance programs.
• Promote mortgage products to Chase customers and the community, building a pipeline of potential clients.
• Act as mortgage expert; drive loan originations through relationships with external partners.
• Collaborate with branch teams; train on products and services; introduce clients to bankers.
• Create a strong customer experience through marketing, outreach, and digital channels.
• Serve as the single contact point through loan origination; address concerns and coordinate with partners.
