Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents, prospects, and visitors.
• Perform general office duties and lease/resident communications.
• Lease apartments according to budget guidelines.
• Follow Fair Housing Standards in all dealings with prospects and residents.
• Assist with outside marketing under supervision of managers.
• Coordinate application reviews, including verifications and background checks.
• Complete lease packets with signatures and addendums.
• Inspect leased apartments prior to move-in and conduct final checks.
• Manage lease renewals and the annual renewal campaign.
• Daily marketing inspections and maintaining model areas; assist with refreshments and supplies.
