Job summary

• Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents, prospects and visitors.
• Handle lease communications, filing, phones, and light office cleaning as needed.
• Effectively lease apartments in accordance with budget guidelines.
• Follow Fair Housing Standards in all dealings with prospects and residents.
• Coordinate outside marketing under direction of managers.
• Review applications, including credit, income verifications and background checks.
