Mill Creek is seeking a Community Manager to drive financial performance, leasing excellence, and outstanding customer service at its communities. You will lead operations and maintenance teams, set performance standards, and coach associates toward achieving business goals.

Responsibilities include managing revenue, occupancy, budgets, and capital improvements while ensuring brand standards and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of multi-family or related property management experience.
• 2 years supervisory experience.
• Commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive financial performance and manage budgets for assigned communities.
• Oversee leasing, renewals, move‑ins/move‑outs and occupancy strategies.
• Maintain brand standards, office/model appearance, and service levels.
• Recruit, schedule, train and evaluate associates; provide coaching.
• Prepare timely reports and collaborate on capital improvements.
