Job summary

Mill Creek seeks a Sr. Community Manager to lead financial performance, leasing excellence, and outstanding resident service across one or more NJ communities. You will coach maintenance and operations teams, set regional standards, and serve as a resource for other Community Managers.

The role requires an NJ Real Estate License and a minimum of two years in a Community Manager role with Mill Creek. Expect collaboration on budgets, revenue strategies, and capital programs.

Qualifications

• NJ Real Estate License is required
• Minimum 2 years in Community Manager role with Mill Creek
• Ability to set performance standards and coach associates
• Strong leadership and region-wide collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Drive financial performance and operating efficiency for assigned communities
• Oversee leasing, pricing, occupancy, and budget preparation
• Ensure brand standards, resident experience, and regulatory compliance
• Recruit, train, and evaluate staff; provide coaching and development
• Coordinate with regional managers and service managers on capital projects and improvements
• Travel between multiple communities as needed
