Job summary

Mill Creek Residential seeks an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in achieving performance standards and operating efficiency at the property in Seattle, WA.

The role emphasizes leasing, resident service, and coaching of Senior/Leasing Consultants. You will serve as the Manager on Duty in the Community Manager’s absence and help ensure market-ready properties and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in multi-family leasing or related property management.
• Commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in multi-family, retail sales, or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and build rapport to identify needs.
• Answer calls and handle inquiries, resident issues, and service requests.
• Process lease applications and verify eligibility, communicate results promptly.
• Update market surveys monthly and monitor rents and promotions.
• Enter data into Entrata, Yardi, and other systems; prepare leasing reports.
• Maintain showroom and units in and market-ready condition.
• Assist with move-ins, including tours, gifts, and packages.
• Support social media advertising as directed by manager.
• Assist with training and coaching of leasing consultants.
