Job summary

Mill Creek in Dallas is seeking a Community Manager who will drive financial performance, leasing excellence, and exceptional customer service across one or more communities. You will lead operations and maintenance teams, set performance standards, coach associates, and coordinate with the Service Manager to maximize occupancy and value.

The role requires 3–5 years of property management experience with at least 2 years in supervision and a strong commitment to customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of multi-family or related property management experience.
• 2 years supervisory experience.
• Commitment to, and passion for, providing outstanding customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance, budgets and reforecast for assigned community.
• Manage leasing, renewals, move-in/move-out processes and pricing strategies.
• Ensure brand standards, property presentation and compliance with laws.
• Recruit, train, coach and develop community associates and supervise operations.
