The incumbent will manage budgets, leasing, and operations, respond to resident concerns, and ensure compliance, safety, and curb appeal across the property.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Capacity to interact effectively with senior executives.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet and email.

Responsibilities

• Resident relations and customer service across the life-cycle from move-in to move-out.
• Manage budgets, rent rolls, projections, and occupancy goals.
• Coordinate on-site operations, vendor relationships, and compliance.
