You will oversee renewals, move-ins/outs, and ensure compliance with regulations while coordinating with regional teams.

Qualifications

• Superior organization and communication skills.
• Ability to provide courteous and professional service to residents, team members and supervisors.
• Ability to maintain courteous and professional relations with vendors and other service providers.
• Must be honest in time reporting.
• Reliability is a must.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• The Community Manager is responsible for supervising, controlling, and planning the day-to-day activities of the apartment community.
• They are also responsible for the implementation of company policies, procedures and programs that will assure a well-managed, well-maintained property within established management operations and assuring compliance with all regulatory agencies and investors.
• Oversee rent renewal offers and lease administration.
• Manage move-in/move-out processes and ensure all paperwork is complete and compliant.
• Produce monthly and weekly financial reporting.
