Job summary

Avanath seeks an experienced property manager to oversee a community, drive resident satisfaction, and maximize financial performance. You will manage budgets, rent collections, and occupancy goals while leading a team and coordinating with regional leadership.

The role requires 5–7 years in property management, 2+ years as a community manager, and strong communication skills. LIHTC knowledge is essential, and proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected.

Qualifications

• LIHTC knowledge is required.
• Proven leadership experience in property management.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee resident relations and ensure positive experience across the resident lifecycle.
• Manage budgets, rent rolls, projections, and occupancy goals.
• Coordinate on-site operations, vendor relationships, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare monthly reports and ensure timely financial statements.
• Lead and mentor team to achieve performance goals.
