Parker Glen I & II, Champaign, IL, operated by Woda Cooper Companies, Inc., is seeking a proactive property manager to oversee daily operations across two affordable housing communities.

You will lead leasing, resident relations, and financial reporting while ensuring compliance with affordable housing programs and local regulations. Join a growing ESOP-owned company dedicated to quality housing and community impact.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience working in affordable housing programs including LIHTC, Section 8, and HUD preferred.
• Experience with property management-related software a plus.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive interactions with residents and the public to enhance the community image and ensure resident retention.
• Lease apartments: handle inquiries, show apartments, process applications and deposits, verify income/credit.
• Maintain the community's curb appeal and welcoming environment.
• Manage rent collection, deposits, and record keeping.
• Coordinate inspections, capital improvements, and repairs; report to Regional Manager.
