Job summary

Woda Cooper Companies, Inc. is seeking a Community Manager for Alston Park in Cincinnati, OH. You will manage daily property operations, oversee leasing, resident relations, budget control, and compliance to provide quality affordable housing.

Collaborate with residents, vendors, and the regional team to maintain a safe, welcoming community. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service, leasing experience, and knowledge of affordable housing programs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in affordable housing programs (LIHTC, Section 8, HUD) preferred.
• Experience with property management software a plus; familiarity with Fair Housing laws preferred.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive resident relations and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Lease apartments, verify income and credits, and process applications and renewals.
• Oversee rent collection, delinquencies, notices, and court proceedings as needed.
• Administer operating budget and track monthly expenses.
• Inspect property and oversee capital improvements and repairs with regional support.
