Job summary

Woda Cooper is seeking a Community Manager for Meridian Greene I & II in Wintersville, OH. You will oversee daily operations, leasing, resident relations, and financial performance to ensure quality affordable housing and exceptional resident service.

You will lead a team, manage budgets, ensure compliance, and coordinate with vendors and regional support to maintain safe, well-run communities. Strong communication and customer service are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments, greet prospects, show units, take applications, verify income and credit.
• Maintain curb appeal and welcoming environment across properties.
• Oversee rent collection, delinquencies, and court notices as needed.
• Screen applicants, manage certifications, and ensure compliance with SHFA and lender/investor commitments.
• Prepare and monitor operating budgets and track monthly expenses.
• Inspect properties, schedule improvements, and coordinate with Regional Manager.
