Qualifications

• Previous experience in affordable housing or property management is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 with a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments, screen applicants, verify income and credits.
• Maintain positive resident relations and curb appeal.
• Manage rent collection, delinquencies, and notices.
• Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and report to Regional Manager.
• Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and safety procedures.
• Use community software and respond to after-hours emergencies.
