Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate staff to meet operational goals.

• Lease apartments: handle inquiries, show units, process applications, verify income and credit.
• Maintain the community in an attractive condition and manage rent collection.
• Screen applicants, manage delinquency, and pursue collections as needed.
• Maintain resident files and ensure compliance with SHFA commitments and lender requirements.
• Assist in budgeting and financial reporting for the community.
• Read and follow policies; train staff as needed.
