Job summary

Majors Crossing, Rock Creek, Ohio, is seeking a Community Manager to oversee day-to-day property operations, including leasing, resident relations, compliance, and financial performance at an affordable housing community managed by Woda Cooper.

You will work with residents, vendors, and the regional support team to maintain a safe, well-managed community and deliver exceptional customer service. A strong background in property management and knowledge of affordable housing programs is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience working in affordable housing programs LIHTC, Section 8, and HUD preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Travel to community locations and surrounding markets required.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments: take inquiries, greet prospects, show units, process applications and deposits, verify income/credit.
• Maintain curb appeal and welcoming environment.
• Manage rent collection, delinquencies, and court notices as needed.
• Oversee budget control, operating expenses, and monthly financial reporting.
• Inspect property and coordinate capital improvements with Regional Manager.
