Job summary

Envolve Client Services Group in Frederick, Maryland seeks a Community Manager for The Junction Apartments, a new construction lease-up. You’ll lead on-site staff, drive leasing and marketing, and manage budgets.

Qualifications include LIHTC experience, strong financial management, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with Yardi; travel and weekend work may be required. This role offers growth within the Envolve team.

Qualifications

• Strong financial management, budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Lead on-site staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication with residents, vendors and staff.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work weekends/holidays as needed.
• LIHTC experience and knowledge of housing programs.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the property and staff.
• Drive leasing, marketing, and resident retention strategies.
• Prepare and manage operating and capital budgets.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and programs.
• Monitor property maintenance and vendor contracts.
• Report on property performance and NOI improvements.
