Envolve Client Services Group is seeking a Community Manager for the Ahoskie High School Apartments and New Woodland Olney Apartments. This role oversees on-site staff, leasing and marketing, and budget management to maximize NOI and resident satisfaction.

The position requires LIHTC experience, strong financial management, and compliance with housing programs. It involves travel between properties and occasional weekend hours as business needs dictate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• HCCP certification preferred.
• Driver's license required.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned property and staff.
• Lead leasing and marketing activities; analyze market conditions.
• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing laws and property budgets.
• Oversee resident relations and retention initiatives.
• Develop operating and capital budgets; monitor NOI impact.
• Coordinate capital projects with vendors and staff.
• Ensure units and common areas are market-ready and maintained to standards.
• Provide regular reports and ensure compliance with program requirements.
