Job summary

Envolve Client Services Group in the southeastern United States is seeking a Senior Community Manager to oversee a Pleasant Homes and Millwood property. You will lead on-site staff, drive leasing and marketing, and manage budgets and NOI targets while ensuring compliant operations.

Candidates should have strong financial management, LIHTC and Tax Credit knowledge, plus experience with Yardi. Bilingual English/Spanish, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel/work weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong financial management skills including budgeting, forecasting and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for day-to-day operation of assigned property.
• Ensure property is fully functional and well maintained.
• Lead leasing and marketing activities and oversee on-site staff.
• Develop annual operating and capital budget plans.
• Monitor resident lease obligations and ensure compliance with laws.
• Provide reports and input invoices; rent collection responsibility.
