Job summary

Envolve Client Services Group is seeking an on-site Assistant Community Manager for The Junction in Frederick, MD. You will assist the Community Manager with daily site operations and leasing activities, including reporting and resident relations, to help ensure smooth property performance.

The role requires 1–2 years of Tax Credit and Property Management experience, strong customer service, and knowledge of HUD/Section 8. Pay range is competitive for the Frederick area, and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• MS Word and MS Excel proficiency required.
• Understanding of compliance documents and deadlines.
• Strong customer service and detail-oriented communication.
• Knowledge of tax credits; HUD/Section 8 preferred.
• 1–2 years of Tax Credit and Property Management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise leasing, maintenance, janitorial, and housekeeping staff.
• Maintain knowledge of area competition and market surveys.
• Complete weekly activity reports and rental applications.
• Record and report all resident requests.
• Assist in renewal and retention programs.
• Responsible for collection, receipting, and recording of all rents and delinquent rents.
• Provide reports as required.
• Perform other assigned tasks.
