P.B. Bell is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant in Chandler, AZ. The role serves as the primary contact for prospective residents and supports marketing and leasing efforts to achieve occupancy.

It requires presenting communities, touring apartments, and closing rental agreements with professional customer service. You will handle resident concerns, perform daily leasing tasks, and collaborate with the Community Manager to maintain an exceptional resident experience.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment leasing experience preferred.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong sales and closing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• General office and computer experience required.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Weekend availability and some weekdays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for prospective residents.
• Assist in marketing and leasing efforts to achieve occupancy goals.
• Conduct community tours and present apartment features and amenities.
• Successfully close rental agreements.
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents and prospects.
• Assist with resident concerns and problem-solving.
• Complete daily administrative and leasing duties.
