Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in residential property management.
• Experience with HUD/LIHTC compliance and recertifications is preferred.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property operations and staff, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing, HR and safety programs.
• Manage occupancy, rent collection, and unit inspections.
• Coordinate maintenance, vendor oversight, and reporting to Regional Property Manager.
• Lead resident relations, outreach, and customer service initiatives.
• Prepare financial and operating reports and manage budgeting processes.
