Pratum Companies is seeking a Community Manager (Affordable) to oversee LIHTC and Section 8 properties in Florida. The role focuses on compliant operations, resident relations, budgeting, and maintaining high occupancy and property standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in residential property management with LIHTC/Section 8 knowledge, strong communication, and proficiency with property management software such as Yardi.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of residential property management experience, with LIHTC properties.
• Knowledge of LIHTC and Section 8 regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong budgeting, financial reporting, and operational planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC and Section 8 regulations and HUD requirements; maintain records.
• Prepare and manage budgets; monitor financial performance and reporting.
• Foster positive resident relations and organize community events to promote engagement.
• Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and safety standards; supervise staff and train on LIHTC rules.
