The role emphasizes strong financial acumen, regulatory knowledge, and effective communication to deliver exceptional service to residents across multiple properties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of property management experience, focusing on LIHTC properties.
• Knowledge of LIHTC and Section 8 compliance requirements.
• Strong budgeting and financial reporting abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in property management (COS/CPM/CAM/HCCP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations: leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC and Section 8 regulations and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and generate financial reports.
• Foster positive resident relations and organize community events.
• Coordinate maintenance and safety inspections; supervise staff.
• Engage with local organizations and government agencies to support residents.
