Job summary

TRG Management is seeking a Community Manager for Liberty Square in Florida. The role leads on-site leasing, tenant relations, budgeting, and property operations to maximize occupancy and financial performance.

You will survey market rents, advertise vacancies, and negotiate leases while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws. The ideal candidate has affordable housing experience and CAM/ARM/COS certifications, with strong PC and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities
