Job summary

TRG Management Company, LLLP is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant/Assistant Community Manager to manage on-site leasing, show units, and negotiate leases. The role requires Fair Housing certification prior to interaction with prospects or residents and may require CAM/ARM/COS certification.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years on-site leasing experience, strong PC skills, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends to meet tenant needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and repairs; ensure building systems run smoothly.
• Respond to emergencies and enforce safety policies.
