Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Community Manager to oversee the full on-site operations at a housing community in West Columbia, SC. You will supervise personnel, leasing, maintenance, and admin tasks while ensuring policy compliance, safety, and fair housing guidelines.

You will lead budgeting, vendor coordination, and resident relations, driving occupancy, retention, and quality service. This role requires on-site leadership, strong communication, and a focus on efficiency and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in housing industry or related field.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations and staff.
• Manage leasing, maintenance, and administration.
• Develop annual operating budgets and monitor finances.
