Job summary

Bell Partners is seeking a property manager to lead a multifamily community. You will direct leasing operations, train staff, manage budgets, and implement marketing plans to drive resident satisfaction and retention.

The role requires strong customer service, marketing, and communication skills, with knowledge of MS Office and property management software. Travel within the region is expected.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, sales, or related field; relevant experience may supplement
• 3+ years' experience in a property management role preferred
• Strong marketing skills
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite to include Excel
• Yardi and OneSite knowledge preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Willing to travel within the assigned region

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and control all facets of the community to ensure quality services and high customer satisfaction
• Train all staff on proper leasing techniques and resident service
• Conduct regular performance appraisals and address associate concerns or employee relations issues
• Maintain complete and accurate associate files and a high level of associate satisfaction
• Conduct weekly meetings with leasing and maintenance staff
• Develop and administer the community budget
• Evaluate unit prices following the market and budgeted goals
• Develop an annual marketing plan and conduct marketing reviews monthly
• Obtain bids for all contract services and oversee routine capital projects
• Be responsible for 35% of leasing activities
• Regular attendance and punctuality
