Job summary

Bell Partners in Redmond, WA is seeking a seasoned Community Manager to lead all aspects of a multifamily community. You will oversee leasing, operations, budgeting, and staff development, ensuring top service levels and high resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, sales, or related field; relevant experience or a combination.
• 3+ years’ experience in a property management role preferred.
• Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Knowledge of Yardi Voyager or other similar programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct all community operations to ensure quality services and resident satisfaction.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, manage, and provide feedback to associates.
• Develop and administer the community budget and marketing plans.
• Hold weekly meetings with leasing and maintenance staff.
• Conduct performance appraisals and address employee concerns.
• Tour property and oversee leasing activities, ensuring market competitiveness.
• Maintain associate files and ensure high associate satisfaction.
• Ensure property performance is maximized through onsite inspections.
• Oversee contract services and capital projects as needed.
