Bell Partners’ Bell Trelago in Maitland, FL seeks a Community Manager to lead operations, drive resident satisfaction, and supervise leasing and maintenance staff. You will recruit, train, and develop associates, manage budgets, and implement marketing plans to meet market goals.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and customer service skills with a focus on team performance and community excellence. This position is on-site at Bell Trelago.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, sales, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a property management role.
• Knowledge of Yardi Voyager or other similar programs.

Responsibilities

• Motivate associates through recognition programs, training, and team building.
• Train staff on leasing techniques and resident service.
• Develop and administer community budget and evaluate unit prices.
• Develop an annual marketing plan and conduct monthly marketing reviews.
• Oversee leasing activities and coordinate with leasing and maintenance staff.
• Conduct weekly meetings and address associate concerns.
• Ensure property performance is maximized and walk grounds to inspect apartments.
