Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, sales, or related field.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in property management.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Solid marketing skills and financial acumen.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Knowledge of Yardi Voyager or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct all community operations to ensure quality services and resident satisfaction.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, manage, and provide feedback to associates.
• Develop annual marketing plans and manage the property budget.
• Oversee leasing activities and assess property performance against plan.
• Coordinate capital projects and service contracts as needed.
