Bell Partners Inc. is seeking a Community Manager in Florida to lead all community operations and drive high customer satisfaction.

You will recruit, train, and motivate staff, oversee leasing activity, and manage budgets and marketing plans to maximize property performance. The role requires a BA/BS in business or related field with 3+ years of supervisory property management experience, strong marketing and MS Office skills, and knowledge of Yardi Voyager.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, sales, or related field.
• 3+ years’ supervisory experience in property management.
• Ability to build, lead, and serve on teams.
• Strong marketing skills.
• MS Office Suite proficiency (Excel).
• Knowledge of Yardi Voyager or similar programs.
• Demonstration of Bell Core Values.

Responsibilities

• Motivate associates through recognition programs, training, and team building.
• Ensure team meets BAL strategic drivers.
• Train staff on proper leasing techniques and resident service.
• Maximize property performance, including inspecting grounds and apartments.
• Lead property tours for visitors and guests.
• Conduct regular performance appraisals and address concerns.
• Maintain complete associate files and high satisfaction levels.
• Hold weekly meetings with leasing and maintenance staff.
• Develop and administer the community budget and market-rate pricing.
• Develop an annual marketing plan and review performance monthly.
• Obtain bids for contract services and oversee capital projects.
• Oversee 35% of leasing activities and ensure punctual attendance.
