The role emphasizes financial performance, leasing success, vendor partnerships, and community engagement. A background in property management with Yardi/Kno ck experience is preferred, along with relevant licenses.

Qualifications

• Two years of property management experience, including Leasing Consultant and Assistant Community Manager roles.
• Experience in multi-family management is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Yardi, Knock, and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, rent collection, and financial reporting for the community.
• Oversee move-outs, deposits, delinquency tracking, and lease administration.
• Maintain records using Yardi and Knock; ensure policy and legal compliance.
