Job summary

Hawthorne Residential Partners seeks a proactive Community Manager to lead a top-performing apartment community. You will drive leasing efforts, manage budgets, and ensure resident satisfaction while guiding a team to achieve occupancy targets.

The role requires coordinating with maintenance, vendors, and leadership to uphold our Live It culture and deliver exceptional resident experiences across service standards and community operations.

Qualifications

• Two years of property management experience; Leasing Consultant and Assistant Community Manager experience included.
• Six months of community manager experience in multi-family properties (Highly Preferred).
• Industry software experience: Yardi, Knock, and Microsoft tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, rent collection, and community financial reporting.
• Oversee move-outs, deposit accounting, and delinquency tracking.
• Maintain accurate records using platforms like Yardi and Knock.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
