Job summary

Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a proactive Community Manager to lead operations across leasing, maintenance, and resident services. You will oversee budgets, occupancy, and vendor relations while coaching a diverse team to deliver exceptional resident experiences.

Applicants should bring multi-family property management experience, knowledge of leasing processes, and proficiency with YARDI/Knock. A valid driver’s license is preferred and a CAM/CAPS or real estate license is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Two years of property management experience; leasing consultant and assistant community manager experience preferred.
• Six months of community manager experience in multi-family properties desired.
• YARDI, Knock, and Microsoft Office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, rent collection, and financial reporting.
• Oversee move-outs, deposits, and delinquency tracking.
• Maintain records using Yardi and Knock; ensure policy compliance.
• Drive leasing, renewals, and pricing to meet occupancy goals.
• Lead vendor management and ensure safety and quality of services.
