Job summary

Hawthorne Residential Partners seeks a Community Manager to lead daily operations at a multifamily community. You will drive occupancy, oversee budgets, and manage leasing, maintenance, and resident relations with a focus on service and accountability.

You will guide a team, monitor performance, and partner with leadership to execute our Live It culture and ensure excellent resident experiences across the community.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Two years property management experience; leasing consultant and assistant community manager experience preferred.
• Six months community manager experience in multifamily; highly preferred.
• Licenses: Valid driver's license; CAM, CAPS, Real Estate license and/or Property Management license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, rent collection, and financial reporting.
• Oversee move-outs, deposits, delinquency tracking, and lease administration.
• Maintain records using Yardi and Knock; ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Drive leasing, renewals, and pricing strategies to meet occupancy goals.
