Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a Community Manager to lead a multifamily team, optimize occupancy, and ensure resident satisfaction. You will oversee budgets, leasing activity, and vendor partnerships while upholding our Live It culture and service standards.

You’ll manage daily operations, coach staff, and engage residents through events, reviews, and community initiatives. A strong emphasis on communication and leadership drives success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• 2 years property management experience; leasing consultant and assistant community manager experience.
• 6 months community manager experience in multi-family (preferred).
• Yardi, Knock, and Microsoft Office familiarity (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license; CAM, CAPS, real estate license, or property management license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Financial & administrative oversight: manage budgets, rent collection, and financial reporting.
• Oversee move-outs, deposits, and delinquency tracking.
• Maintain records using Yardi and Knock; ensure policy compliance.
• Conduct regular inspections to preserve curb appeal and quality.
• Drive leasing, renewals, and pricing to meet occupancy goals.
• Oversee vendor services and ensure safety and timeliness.
• Hire, train, and coach team; lead weekly meetings and uphold standards.
• Address resident concerns with professionalism; plan events to boost satisfaction.
